Genesis Rhapsodos - Heels

This might be quite the story, but it certainly has to do with my ask-blog for Genesis Rhapsodos from Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core.
Sure, I didn't really care about the background - I didn't have any planned to begin with, as I really just wanted to focus on those boots! ANd then I went a little overboard with the shading on what started as a doodle.
I don't usually draw really shiny leather, so I wanted to give it a try, too. For a reference, it might be small addition for my portfolio.
